Tears rolled down my cheeks as I observed the dense energy and trauma release and the healing energy penetrate the cells of my body.

    Your body contains incredible intelligence and healing ability. This part of you, we’ll call it the inner healer, has incredible abilities to heal on all levels; physical, mental, spiritual and emotional.


    You can consciously access the inner healer and request it to guide you on your path of health and wellbeing. Many people do this through meditation but all that is required is directing your focus back towards yourself and your body.
    Your inner healer is constantly communicating messages to you. It does so, using different communication channels, such as pain and discomfort in various parts of your body, thoughts in your mind, intuitive feelings and knowing.
    Most problems begin with mental attitudes and occur in the person or the aura’s energy field. The problem enters the emotional and then the physical body if the person doesn’t know how to pay attention to the subtle signs his or her body gives.

    Your body is like a living and breathing sponge. One of the reasons I know this is because I have been working as an intuitive healer for many years.
    After suffering with debilitating back pain for years it was getting to a point where, for days on end, I literally could not walk. Some techniques helped slightly, it was all temporary.

I was amazed at the insights I was receiving during this healing as I allowed myself to feel the pain and forgive. Tears rolled down my cheeks as I observed the dense energy and trauma release and the healing energy penetrate the cells of my body.
    After the healing, I felt extremely light. The pain was gone and my back was straighter. Soon after, I could walk for hours without getting exhausted or experiencing any pain.
    This self punishment eats away at your spirit, body, mind and emotion. The question I now ask myself is who am I not to experience the greatest good?
    Like most people, I initially found all the information I received overwhelming, as I was quite skeptical. As I started helping others, I continued having amazing experiences. I discovered that just like with myself, I had the ability to tune into other people’s bodies and see what was happening, on different levels.
    One of my earliest experiences was with Tania, a girl I hardly knew, who visited me. When it didn’t go away I decided to tell her what I was seeing.
    I knew she had some health problems, so I asked her if she had any problem with her liver. Soon after I shared that, information about her health and her past started flowing in. I saw that her liver condition was genetic and that it came from her grandfather.
    While I was sharing this information I felt inspired but at the same time a bit nervous. I knew that I was connecting to a profound wisdom rather than just making things up, as the information was accurate and personal. Tania confirmed everything I said and was quite moved by the insights she received.

    Start focusing on your head (then other parts of your body). What does it feel like?

    Ask your head (or the part of the body you are working on) to share any messages it has for you.

    Many banks will allow you to have as little as 5% into a home purchase, but will then only loan you 80%. The seller can take payments on a second mortgage from you for the other 15%.

    This is the age of creative real estate financing. Maybe you remember when financing meant you saved up enough to put 20% down on a house, and then got a mortgage loan for the other 80%?

    Manufacturer loans. Manufactured-home companies are arranging financing with 5% or less down for their buyers.

    1. State government housing programs. Most states have some sort of financing help in the form of a loan-guarantee program or outright loans for low-income buyers.
    2. VA mortgage loans. If you have been in the armed services, have a decent job, and can save two or three paychecks, you can probably get a home with a VA loan.

    Called a “land contract” and other names depending on the part of the country you are in, this just means that you make payments to the seller instead of a bank. It’s up to you and them to negotiate downpayment amount, interest rate, and the term of the loan.

    In some parts of the country, builders fund foundations that give you a portion of the downpayment, so you can get into a home with as little as 3% downpayment from your own pocket. FHA and other lenders have so far approved of or allowed this.

    1. FHA mortgage loans. The Farm Home Administration doesn’t actually loan the money, but guarantees your loan for the bank, so they can loan up to 97% of the purchase price, depending on the particular FHA program.

    They are for those of you with bad credit but 20% to 30% to put down on a home.

    That 7% return might look awfully good if their money is sitting in the bank at 2%.

    Are there more ways to approach real estate financing? When you start investing, you can use other techniques for really creative real estate financing.

    A risky way, but if you have a low-interest credit card, you can use it to come up with the downpayment, especially if you can pay it off soon, perhaps with a coming tax refund. The banks generally won’t allow this, but you can combine this with seller financing.
